A5 leaflet which folds out to an A3 poster containing all the key facts and explains how you can reduce your risk of getting kidney disease. Please let us know how many you need for your event (up to a max of 50). If you are planning more than one event or you require a larger number, please let us know.
2 life-size cardboard kidneys (with instructions on how to take a photo with them)
1 A5 notepad for the event organiser
